*** Employee Insurance is optional as are other types of benefits offered. All employee insurance premiums are split on a 50 percent basis between the employee and Wel-Tek. Wel-Tek International Corporation, coverage of benefits do not include employee dependents. However, employee has the option to purchase additional coverage for their dependents. The employee will then be responsible for 100 percent of the additional premium. |
